All our clients are met at either Johannesburg OR Tambo's International airport or Cape Town International airport off your incoming flights.

Please leave the aircraft and make your way to passport control (immigration) in either Terminal 2 (all SAA arrivals and code share airlines) or Terminal 1 (all other flights). Queue to go through this formality and as you come into the luggage collection point please look for the person who is there to meet you; he/she will be dressed in a light blue uniform and will have a small non descript sign with your name on it.
*This is regarded as a sterile area so we are not allowed to have name boards publicly displayed.

You will be assisted with baggage collection, firearm identification and airline register release and customs before being taken to the South Africa Police Permit office.

Once your firearms have been checked by the Police, depending on your travel arrangements we will see you to the domestic terminal and onto to your next flight, transfer you to the charter aircraft, hand you over to your Professional Hunter or Transfer agent who will take you to your hotel.

Our aim is to ensure that you have a stress free arrival, and that you are on your way to your hunting camp as quickly as possible. We know just how much you hunt means to you, and we want you to enjoy every minute of it. If you spend a night before departing to the camp, we will do everything we can to make it as pleasant and restful as we can.

If you want any shopping in Johannesburg after your hunt, let us know: we will be delighted to put a vehicle and driver at your disposal for a nominal fee. We would hate for you to run the risk of returning home from the City of Gold without a suitable gift for your loved ones - you might never be allowed to return.
